VIPSEN essential oil factory

  • VIPSEN essential oil factory is located in Bai Dai village, Tien Xuan commune, Thach That district, Hanoi, Vietnam.
  • Factory capacity reaches 250 -300 tons of essential oil/year. All machines at the factory are invested in high technology, with large working capacity and safety for operators as well as ensuring output quality that meets export standards. VIPSEN’s essential oil products achieve GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 certifications.

Department R & D

The R&D department is located at the VIPSEN office, with the role of researching and developing products on essential oils, aromas, scents, natural cosmetics… and transferring production formulas to partners and customers. In addition, VIPSEN R&D department is responsible for storing and checking the GCMS quality of essential oils for each production batch.

Production-Packaging-Storage-Transportation Essential oil

  • Raw materials brought to the factory will continue to be pre-processed and selected before being put into essential oil production. At the VIPSEN factory, essential oil products are produced by steam distillation and cold pressing. The finished product continues to be refined and GCMS tested to ensure purity before being released to the market. Production capacity at the factory reaches 300 tons of essential oil/year.
  • VIPSEN essential oil products are packaged in cans, HDPE plastic drums, or metal drums (for base oils: coconut oil, tamanu oil, castor oil…). These are all shell materials that meet international standards in storing and preserving essential oils and carrier oils.
  • VIPSEN warehouse is designed to ensure coolness, avoid sunlight, temperature and humidity are always adjusted to the appropriate level so that essential oils and carrier oils are preserved in the best conditions.
  • Essential oils and carrier oils delivered to customers are packaged in aluminum bottles, cans or HDPE plastic drums, or metal drums (for carrier oils). Goods are carefully packaged with shockproof materials and packed on pallets to ensure stability and safety during transportation. VIPSEN has a professional and enthusiastic after-sale service, ensuring support in solving all customers’ problems during the process of receiving and using goods.
