The special soil and climatic conditions in these regions produce the best quality cinnamon. Wild cinnamon has a rather long growth cycle. After planting, it takes about 3-5 years to begin harvesting. All parts of the cinnamon tree are used, from leaves, flowers, stems, roots, but mainly cinnamon bark and twigs as raw materials or essential oil production. For cinnamon products that require high quality, it takes about 15 years to harvest.
